Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, client acquisition, and promoting our end-to-end medical billing services to healthcare providers in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities in the US Healthcare/RCM domain.
- Connect with doctors, clinics, billing companies, and decision-makers in the US.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable RCM services (demographics, coding, charge posting, AR, payment posting, etc.).
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations or demos to potential clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely client onboarding.




- Meet monthly/quarterly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development – US RCM/Medical Billing.
- Good understanding of medical billing processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive sales attitude.
- Proficient in tools like MS Excel, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (US Time Zone).

Educational Qualification:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Prior client database or network in US RCM/Healthcare industry.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and US healthcare compliance.
