B9 Solution is looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali.

PROFILE - Business Development Executive

EXPERIENCE - 1 Year or Above

NOTICE PERIOD - Immediate Joiners Preferred

LOCATION - Mohali

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, platforms, referrals, and other business development channels.

Identify potential clients and decision-makers using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services and solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations according to client requirements.

Manage client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar lead-generation/CRM tools.





Experience in multiple business development channels; not limited to Upwork.

Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.

Positive understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and client conversion.
