We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Arvyo Digital IT Services LLP. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition and a good understanding of online platforms, especially Upwork.

Requirements

3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development

Good knowledge of Upwork (bidding, proposal writing, client handling)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

- Basic understanding of IT services such as Zoho, website development, and digital marketing (preferred)

Responsibilities

Generate new business through Upwork and other platforms

Identify potential clients and build robust relationships

Prepare and submit proposals to clients

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met

- Achieve monthly targets and business goals
