Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our staffing and recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, understanding hiring needs, and building long-term client relationships for recruitment and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new client leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach , and other business development channels.
- Build and maintain a database of HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Managers , and key decision-makers.
- Reach out to companies for permanent recruitment, contract staffing, staff augmentation , and related recruitment solutions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely candidate delivery.
- Schedule client meetings, present company services, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active business opportunities and client accounts .
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.




- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets .
- Maintain accurate calling reports, lead trackers, and CRM records .

Required Skills & Experience
- 1 years - 4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Staffing Sales, Recruitment Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach .
- Ability to identify client hiring needs and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and sales conversion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
