We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in sales, business development, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers to introduce Adwerdo's services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare suitable proposals.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update leads and sales pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert qualified prospects into clients.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Stay updated about digital marketing services and industry trends.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of basic sales and business development concepts.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
