Key Responsibilites:
Counsel prospective students about courses and universities.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with admissions and operations teams.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrolment targets.
Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, counselling or business development.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in handling student enquiries.
- Education/EdTech experience will be an advantage.
