Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join ICAT Design & Media College, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for student admissions, lead generation, counselling, relationship building, and promoting the institution's academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for various academic programs offered by ICAT Design & Media College.
- Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls, walk-ins, online platforms, and other channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, educational consultants, and other institutions.
- Conduct and participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/MIS systems.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to support admission campaigns and student engagement activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Represent ICAT at educational events and other promotional activities.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, admissions, education counselling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for institutional visits, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Knowledge of the education/training industry will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be preferred.
