Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive business growth through college partnerships, corporate relationships, student-focused programs, institutional tie-ups, and new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and sales skills,



along with the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, corporates, and other organizations.
- Drive B2B and B2C business development initiatives.
- Generate leads through networking, meetings, referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with college management, HODs, placement teams, and corporate representatives.
