We are looking for a confident, proactive and responsible person to join our growing consulting and regulatory certification business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.

- Speak confidently with domestic and international clients and understand their requirements.

- Explain and pitch relevant consulting, certification and compliance services.

- Build trust with clients and handle queries and objections professionally.

- Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into business opportunities.

- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential clients.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

- Maintain regular follow-ups .

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

- Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned leads, clients and targets.





- Work independently, take initiative and make practical decisions when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
