Roles and Responsibilities:

- Reach out to prospective learners across multiple communication channels.
- Understand learner aspirations, challenges, and long-term career goals.
- Build trust through clear, helpful, and confident conversations.
- Explain programs, mentorship model, and learner outcomes.
- Qualify prospects and recommend the right learning pathway.
- Follow up consistently with existing and potential learners.
- Manage daily inputs, outputs, and performance targets effectively.
- Represent the mission with energy, ownership,



and conviction.

Qualifications:

- Graduation is mandatory from a recognized university or institution. Candidates from any academic background are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with prospective learners and understand their requirements.
- Strong passion for sales and business development, with a willingness to work in a target-driven and high-performance environment.
- Customer-centric approach with robust listening, relationship-building, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience handling ₹50K+ ticket sizes is preferred, particularly in EdTech, Education, B2C, Inside Sales, or other consultative sales environments.
- Ability to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and effectively position a product or solution accordingly.
