Job Title: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Support business development efforts by identifying and generating new business opportunities for digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.

- Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking channels.

- Research potential clients and build a qualified pipeline for B2B sales and client acquisition.

- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their business requirements.

- Assist in presenting and pitching digital marketing solutions, sales proposals, and service offerings to clients.

- Prepare quotations, business proposals, and presentations under guidance from senior sales team members.

- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

- Support ongoing client relationship management and account servicing.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets, revenue contributions, and monthly KPIs in a fast-paced,



target-driven workplace.

Requirements & Skills:

- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).

- Willingness to learn lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion techniques.

- Ideal for freshers, graduates, or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales/business development.

- Confident presentation skills and a client-friendly approach.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work under deadlines in a target-based role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
