We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students/professionals on suitable courses and career paths based on their goals and requirements.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer needs, explain course benefits, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, handle queries, and ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to lead generation, marketing activities, and overall business growth.





Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales and business development

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Positive negotiation and convincing skills

MS Office / CRM knowledge is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication

Positive attitude and self-motivated

Quick learner and adaptable

Experience-1-2 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
