Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Site Visits: Scout residential and commercial areas to identify properties with good rooftop space for solar installation.

- Consultative Selling: Analyze customers' electricity bills to explain potential savings, ROI (Return on Investment), and the environmental benefits of switching to solar.

- Site Feasibility Check: Conduct basic site surveys to check roof condition, shadow-free areas, and estimated capacity (we will train you on how to do this).

- Government Subsidy Guidance: Educate customers about the 'PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana' and other applicable government subsidies to help them understand the financial benefits.

- Proposals & Closing: Present quotations to clients, handle objections regarding pricing or technology, and close the deal.

- Documentation Support: Assist the backend team by collecting necessary documents (electricity bills, ID proof)



from the client for net-metering applications.

Who Can Apply:

- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. (0–2 years of experience).

- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma holder. (BBA/MBA marketing is a plus but not mandatory).

- Skills:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & local language).

- Confidence to speak with new people.

- Basic understanding of using a smartphone/computer.

- Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) for travel within the city.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
