Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective learners and corporate partners, and promoting Skillumni’s training programs. The associate will conduct market research to understand industry trends, target segments, and competitive offerings, and will prepare and deliver presentations to showcase Skillumni’s value proposition.





Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up with inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and contributing to outreach campaigns. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting defined targets, and providing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering qualified presentations.
- Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing relationships to conversion.
- Experience conducting market research and analyzing data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Basic understanding of online education, professional training, or technology-related domains is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and standard office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
