About the Role

Plus People is hiring a Business Development Executive for a SaaS-focused sales role in Gurugram, Sector 18.

The role involves B2B sales, client visits, product demonstrations, and subscription sales. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential business clients, understanding their requirements, demonstrating the SaaS application, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Responsibilities

- Handle B2B sales and business development activities.
- Visit approximately 7–8 potential clients daily for meetings and product demonstrations.
- Demonstrate the SaaS application and explain its features, benefits, and subscription plans.
- Identify and approach new business prospects.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Update daily client visit, lead,



and sales activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, Field Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with daily client visits and field sales.
- Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Robust negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to independently manage a daily client visit schedule.
- Candidates who have experience selling SaaS, software, applications, subscriptions, or B2B solutions will be preferred.
