Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chikkamagaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and conducting market research to support strategic growth.

The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, communicate the value of Qmet International’s services, and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to align business development initiatives, and tracking performance metrics.



The role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on understanding customer needs to support sustainable business expansion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chikkamagaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic office productivity tools is an advantage.
