Key Responsibilities
- Support sales campaign & client outreach initiatives
- Understand US IT job requirements and technologies
- Screen & match candidate profiles with client requirements
- Coordinate with recruiters, candidates & clients
- Ensure accurate submissions, follow-ups & timely communication
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant US IT Staffing experience
- Robust verbal & written communication
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment/staffing
- Strong JD reading, profile screening & requirement-matching skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced US night-shift environment
