Infoneo Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow sales of SaaS products and enterprise software applications. The role covers solutions such as CRM systems, business applications, ecommerce plugins and integrations. You will identify potential customers, understand their needs, arrange product demonstrations and help convert opportunities into long-term accounts.

Key responsibilities

- Research and approach prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals and relevant online communities.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, current software, budget and decision process.
- Present SaaS products and software solutions in transparent, practical terms.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with the technical or product team and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, pricing responses and commercial presentations.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Work with product and delivery teams to communicate customer requirements and support a smooth handover after the sale.




- Build relationships with existing customers and identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Track sales targets, conversion rates and customer feedback.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales of SaaS, software products, IT solutions or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software, plugins, ecommerce applications or similar business tools.
- Ability to explain software features in terms of customer benefits.
- Strong written and spoken English, with confidence in outreach, discovery calls and presentations.
- Experience using a CRM to manage leads and follow-ups.
- A proactive approach to prospecting and meeting sales targets.

Preferred: Experience selling to international customers or working with subscription-based software products. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
