We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the IT and digital services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.

Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and close deals.

Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in IT.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferably from in and around Pondicherry.
