Role Structure

- 10-day training program
- 6-month internship: ₹18,000/month stipend + performance incentives up to ₹15,000/month
- Post-internship (full time): CTC ₹8–10 LPA + up to ₹2 lakhs annual performance incentives

Eligibility
- Any graduate/postgraduate (BBA/MBA/B.E/B.Tech/B.Com preferred)
- Batch 2024,2025, 2026, or 2027




- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for Skillentrix's educational programs
- Conduct counseling calls/sessions with prospective students
- Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling
- Maintain CRM records and follow up systematically
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth
