Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves identifying and nurturing prospective learners, conducting outbound and inbound lead generation activities, and maintaining regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments. The associate will present Hike Education’s programs to potential candidates, deliver compelling presentations and counseling sessions, and provide accurate information about courses, affiliated universities, and career outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market research to understand learner needs and industry trends,



collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and sales pitches, documenting interactions in CRM systems, and meeting defined sales and performance targets while maintaining a qualified and learner-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle student queries, explain program details clearly, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to individuals and groups.
- Candidates should possess lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management to achieve enrollment targets.
- Candidates should possess market research skills to analyze education trends, competitor offerings, and learner preferences for better positioning of programs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in EdTech, counseling, inside sales, or business development would be an advantage.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
