Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and generating new leads, engaging prospective learners, and promoting relevant educational programs offered through partner institutions. The associate will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, and maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in CRM or tracking tools.

Daily responsibilities include following up with inquiries,



counseling potential students on suitable courses, collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine outreach strategies, and meeting defined enrollment and revenue targets. The role requires proactive communication, relationship-building with prospective learners, and consistent coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth admission process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess presentation skills and experience creating and delivering engaging presentations.
- Candidates should possess lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to convert inquiries.
- Candidates should possess market research skills to understand learner needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work with targets in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and prior experience in EdTech, counseling, or sales will be an advantage.
