Certified engineers deliver structured written reports within 48 hours, giving homeowners clarity and confidence before committing to structural expenditure. The company currently serves major cities including Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Ahmedabad.

Role Description The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with homeowner clients, and promoting Foxscan’s diagnostic services in Pune City. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, scheduling and delivering presentations, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into confirmed appointments.



The role also involves collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact through report delivery, and maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM tools.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring regular field interactions and occasional visits to partner locations and community events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with homeowners and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess lead generation and market research skills to identify, prioritize, and nurture prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess presentation and presentations skills to deliver clear, compelling overviews of Foxscan’s services.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Relevant experience in business development, field sales, or client-facing roles in services or real estate sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site, field-focused environment in Pune City, with strong time management and follow-up discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
