Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Business Development Associate (Fresher) role based in Bengaluru. The associate will identify and qualify potential leads, engage with prospective learners and partners, and promote Teknowgrade’s learning solutions through calls, meetings, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining and updating lead databases, and supporting sales campaigns and outreach initiatives.

The role also involves delivering clear product presentations, responding to queries,



coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations to small and large groups.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development processes, preferably in edtech or training services.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or any relevant field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or lead management software is an advantage.
