Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and supporting the development of outreach strategies for Elytespark’s programs. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs.

Daily responsibilities also include nurturing relationships through effective communication,



contributing to sales campaigns, and providing feedback to improve business development processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and be comfortable creating and delivering effective Presentations to varied audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting and qualifying potential clients or partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client-facing and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or edutech is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual presentation platforms is an advantage.
