Ethical Den is hiring a Business Development Executive for our Kolkata office.We are looking for someone who already understands technology and service-based sales and has experience dealing with overseas clients. This is not an entry-level sales position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in international markets
- Handle conversations with overseas prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn and online meetings
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities
- Present and sell software, AI, cybersecurity and technology services
- Conduct discovery calls and coordinate technical discussions with our internal team when required
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects and handle sales negotiations
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Follow up with qualified leads and move opportunities towards closure
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations and sales progress
- Work closely with the technical and management teams to understand our services and communicate them accurately to clients
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2+ years of professional sales or business development experience
- Experience selling software, AI solutions, cybersecurity services or related technology services
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with international prospects over calls and online meetings
- Positive understanding of B2B sales and the complete sales cycle
- Ability to understand technical services well enough to communicate their business value
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate and work from our Kolkata officeEducational qualification is not our deciding factor. If the candidate can sell, communicate well, understand technology and has proven experience working with overseas clients, we are interested.
Pay: ₹11,597.03 - ₹40,975.99 per month
