Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates (Freshers) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, eager to learn IT solutions, and excited to build a rewarding career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking.
- Proactively prospect, generate, and qualify high-value leads to independently drive sales pipeline growth.
- Understand customer requirements and share product information.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and support sales reporting.
- Learn and stay updated on SourceTrace solutions and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local and International Tele-calling and email prospecting experience.
- Agritech experience holders will be preferred.
- Should have intermediate to solid exposure to tools like Claude, Grok, Apollo, Lusha.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and team player
- Willingness to travel to client locations, events, and field visits as per business requirements.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
