Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDE) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. In this role, the associate identifies and nurtures new business opportunities, builds relationships with prospective partners, and follows up on leads through calls, meetings, and presentations. The position involves conducting market research to understand trends and competitor offerings, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.





The associate also maintains accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, supports sales campaigns, and participates in events or sessions that promote Bictors’ programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience delivering explicit, engaging Presentations.

- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.

- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, target segments, and competitor activity.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal teams.

- Relevant sales or business development experience in education, training, or technology sectors is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
