Urban Company is looking for energetic and driven Business Development Associates / Field Executives to join our Cleaning Category team in Mumbai.

? What will you be doing?
- Identify and onboard new service professionals in the Cleaning category
- Work on leads and drive quality conversions
- Build and improve the lead-generation funnel
- Address on-ground challenges with ownership and speed
- Work closely with field teams and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to scaling and improving category operations
? Who are we looking for?We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Proactive and target-oriented
- Strong at relationship building and communication
- Comfortable with field work and on-ground operations
- Good at problem-solving and stakeholder management
- Willing to take ownership and work independently
- Good to have: ✔ Prior field/on-ground experience
✔ Experience in sales, business development or operations
✔ Robust knowledge of Mumbai
✔ Comfortable using Google Maps and other digital tools
✔ Immediate or early joiners preferred
