About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate with experience in international sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue through US, UK, and global markets, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across US, UK, and international markets.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with international clients and decision-makers.
- Conduct client calls, presentations, product discussions, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.




- Achieve defined sales and revenue targets through effective business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / International Sales.
- Hands-on experience in US Sales, UK Sales, or Global Sales.
- Proven experience in revenue generation and target achievement.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on business growth.
