StartupFlora is a fast-growing business consultancy platform dedicated to supporting startups and SMEs with access to government grants, funding schemes, accelerators, and incubator programs. We work closely with entrepreneurs to help them scale and succeed in today’s competitive ecosystem.

Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: 7th Floor-714 Ratnanjali Square, NR Gloriya Restaurent, Prahladnagar, Ahemdabad - 380054

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead generation and client acquisition
- Pitching consultancy and funding support services
- Building long-term client relationships
- Achieving sales targets and driving business growth




- Conducting market research and collaborating with internal teams

Desired Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in startups, funding, and business consulting
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred
