Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting partnerships that drive enrollment and growth.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining prospect databases, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions. The associate will manage outreach via calls, emails, and events, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and nurturing client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs, translating insights into business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles in education or professional services is an advantage.
