Role Description The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and engaging prospective learners and partner organizations, and promoting KodoWorks programs to relevant audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, making outreach calls and visits, conducting meetings and presentations, and nurturing relationships through regular follow-ups. The role involves understanding candidate and client needs, recommending suitable programs,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

The Executive will also track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare basic reports on pipeline and conversions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management for educational or training services.
- Ability to conduct effective sales conversations, negotiations, and presentations with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and active listening abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales or admissions is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and meet candidates and partners in person as required.
