Dadu Medical Centre is looking for an experienced Web Developer to manage and optimize the clinic’s digital ecosystem. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving multiple websites and digital platforms to enhance user experience, strengthen the clinic’s online presence, and improve patient conversion through better website performance and digital infrastructure.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure that all digital assets are optimized for lead generation, patient engagement, and seamless online interaction with the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and manage multiple clinic websites and landing pages.
- Improve website performance, speed, and user experience to increase patient conversions.
- Build and optimize lead capture systems, forms, and patient inquiry funnels.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all digital platforms used for patient acquisition.
- Manage website integrations with CRM systems, booking platforms, and marketing tools.
- Implement technical improvements that support SEO, analytics tracking, and marketing campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across websites and digital systems.




- Work with the marketing team to deploy new landing pages, campaign pages, and website updates.
- Maintain website security, hosting environments, and regular updates.

Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience with Node.js and PHP.
- Ability to develop, manage, and maintain multiple websites simultaneously.
- Understanding of backend architecture, hosting environments, and server management.
- Experience with website optimization, speed improvements, and conversion-focused development.
- Knowledge of API integrations, CMS platforms, and web analytics tools.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web development.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work with marketing teams to build conversion-focused digital platforms.
- Experience handling multiple web properties or business websites simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach toward performance and user experience.
