Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, partners, and referral networks, and driving student acquisition and enrollments. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential partners, conducting presentations and information sessions, negotiating and closing partnership agreements, and collaborating with counseling and marketing teams to align business goals with student services.

Manager also tracks market trends,



prepares sales reports and forecasts, and supports promotional events and campaigns to strengthen Envision’s brand presence in the overseas education sector.

Qualifications

- Robust business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
- Experience in client servicing, stakeholder management, and partnership development, preferably within education or services sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis to track performance and prepare reports.
- Proven ability to work towards targets, manage multiple priorities, and operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in overseas education consulting, training, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Mumbai and occasionally attending events, seminars, or partner meetings outside regular hours, as needed.
