Wing Global IT Services Pvt Ltd is hiring for Business Consultant. An IT Business Consultant bridges the gap between technology and business goals, analyzing client needs to design, implement, and optimize IT systems.

They assess infrastructure, recommend software/hardware, manage vendors, and ensure cybersecurity compliance to improve operational efficiency.

Key tasks include troubleshooting, training users, and providing strategic IT advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Assessment & Strategy: Analyze existing IT systems and business processes to identify gaps and develop technology roadmaps.
- Implementation & Support: Design, configure, and deploy hardware/software solutions, including network improvements and cybersecurity measures.
- Consulting & Analysis: Conduct market research, risk assessments, and vendor evaluations to provide tailored IT recommendations.
- Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation (SOPs, user manuals) and train staff on new systems.
- Project Management: Manage IT projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT consulting or technical roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in network administration, databases, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or master's degree in IT.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
