Role Overview

Infosys Consulting is looking for experienced Senior Consultants and Principal Consultants to join our IT Strategy & Technology Transformation Practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong consulting and industry experience in defining IT strategies, leading business and technology transformations, optimizing IT operating models, and delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs. You will work closely with client executives, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to define future-state IT organizations, transformation roadmaps, and digital strategies.

The role offers opportunities to lead consulting engagements, contribute to business development, build client relationships, develop thought leadership, and mentor consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Transformation

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define business and IT strategies aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
- Design future-state IT operating models, governance frameworks, organizational structures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Assess current-state technology environments and define target-state architectures and IT portfolios.
- Develop business cases, operational assessments, technology strategies, and roadmap recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, automation, cloud,



and emerging technologies to drive business value.

Consulting Delivery
- Lead or contribute to consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains.
- Define engagement scope, project plans, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Manage client interactions and facilitate executive-level discussions.
- Deliver high-quality recommendations and transformation programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Support knowledge transfer and change management initiatives throughout project execution.

Business Development & Thought Leadership
- Support proposal development, solution design, and client pursuit activities.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Contribute to consulting offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and industry solutions.
- Publish thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, webinars, and industry forums.
- Present innovative ideas and business solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership & People Development
- Mentor and coach consultants through formal and informal development initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention activities.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of projects while developing team capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance consulting culture.

Required Qualifications For Senior Consultant
- MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience delivering technology transformation, IT strategy, cloud, AI, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and IT operating models.

For Principal Consultant
- 12+ years of total experience, including significant consulting experience with leading consulting firms.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and complex client engagements.
- Strong executive presence and experience working with senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in proposal development, business development, and practice growth initiatives.

Preferred Experience
- Consulting experience with leading firms such as Big 4, Accenture Strategy, MBB, or equivalent organizations.
