- Customer Onboarding Implementation - Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and successful product adoption.

- Product Configuration Training - Configure software based on customer requirements and conduct product training sessions.

- Workflow Process Consulting - Understand business processes and recommend suitable automation solutions using Automate Business products.

- Customer Support Relationship Management - Resolve queries, provide functional guidance, and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

- Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to address customer requirements, feedback,



and enhancement requests.

What we are looking for

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, Management, or a related field.

- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in Customer Success, SaaS, Software Implementation, Technical Support, or Business Consulting. Freshers are welcome.

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand business processes, learn SaaS products quickly, and translate customer requirements into software solutions.

- Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, ownership, and willingness to travel for client meetings and implementations.
