Role Description The Business Associate is a full-time/part-time in office role based in Vishakhapatnam. This position involves engaging with customers to understand their life insurance needs, presenting suitable IndiaFirst Life products, and supporting them through the application and onboarding process. The role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, assisting with policy servicing requests,
and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.
The Business
Associate will also support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, participating in local marketing initiatives, and providing regular performance updates to supervisors. Daily work requires consistent follow-up, adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, and a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and business concepts relevant to life insurance and financial products.
- Effective communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Customer service skills with the ability to build trust, manage queries, and handle concerns professionally.
- Team handling and should recruit every month min 2-3 candidates.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong ethical standards and compliance mindset.
