Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Applications Administrator / Business Analyst with strong Salesforce administration experience and a solid understanding of business processes and application management. The role combines business-facing analysis and stakeholder partnership with hands-on responsibility for Salesforce administration, application support, testing, release management, data quality, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can move comfortably between understanding the business problem, defining the right solution, configuring the application, testing the change, and supporting its adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and process gaps across functions.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder discussions, and discovery meetings to understand current and future business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, data quality,



user experience, and scalability.
- Work with stakeholders to evaluate different solution options and recommend the most appropriate application or process change.
- Identify root causes of business and system issues rather than addressing only the immediate symptoms.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and solutions meet business expectations.
- Support process mapping, impact analysis, gap analysis, and change assessment for current initiatives and application enhancements.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate manual work, and improve the overall employee/user experience.
