Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

- S2P / Procurement Business Analysis experience (7+ years) across enterprise procurement transformation programs
- Robust functional expertise in Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Procure-toPay (P2P) processes
- Hands-on implementation experience with procurement platforms such as GEP SMART, SAP

Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Zycus
- Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and authoring functional specifications
- Strong experience creating source-to-target mappings and supporting data migration activities
- Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business validation
- Solid stakeholder management,

Optional Skills (Good to Have)
- Strong functional implementation experience with GEP SMART (highly preferred)
- Exposure to Collibra, data governance, metadata management, and data catalog concepts
- Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain experience
