Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst / Product Owner who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, robust business analysis expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring successful product delivery. This role requires direct client engagement, requirements elicitation, documentation, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables for development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and elicitation workshops with clients and business stakeholders.

Understand business objectives and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Perform gap analysis and recommend effective business solutions.

Ensure requirements are complete, clear, and aligned with business goals.

Product Ownership

Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value.

Define product vision, roadmap, and release priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.

Work closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle.





Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

Validate developed solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, presentations, and requirement discussions.

Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.

Engineering Collaboration

Clearly communicate business requirements and priorities to engineering teams.

Support development teams in understanding business contexts and functional expectations.

Clarify requirements during implementation and testing phases.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure successful validation of delivered features.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a similar client-facing role.

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience creating detailed business and functional documentation.





Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Mandatory Requirements

Proficiency in client communication and stakeholder management.

Strong experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, and analysis.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple business and technical stakeholders.

Excellent documentation and requirement management skills.

Proven ability to communicate business requirements clearly to engineering teams.

Open to immediate travel based on client and project requirements.

Must possess a valid US travel visa.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-PBA, CBAP, or equivalent certification.

Experience working with distributed/global teams.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Visio, and Figma.

Experience in product management and digital transformation initiatives.
