Role Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with RPA experience in Healthcare domain to support the migration of existing automations from UiPath to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. The role will focus on understanding current-state processes and bots, documenting business and functional requirements, identifying gaps between UiPath and Power Automate capabilities, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and testing teams to enable a smooth migration.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on involvement in automation or digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience working on RPA projects in Healthcare domain, with understanding of bot lifecycle, process discovery, requirement gathering, and UAT.





- Valuable understanding of UiPath and Power Automate Desktop concepts, with the ability to identify process and platform differences during migration.

- Strong skills in process mapping, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Experience writing business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
