About The Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital, a top US multinational corporation, as part of our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely and contribute to large-scale enterprise platform development, digital transformation initiatives, and the creation of innovative SaaS and AI-powered solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable technology solutions that impact thousands to millions of users worldwide.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business leaders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. You should demonstrate strong expertise in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, along with experience preparing comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving,



and critical-thinking skills are essential.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is required. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role. A background working with cross-functional teams and remote work environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee smooth production rollouts.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate business insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in change management activities,



including process documentation and development of training materials for end-users.
- Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope, maintaining quality standards.
- Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
