Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Work closely with development, marketing, and operations teams to implement business solutions.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in project management by tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain technical and business documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
