Business Analyst – Payment Gateway

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Mumbai - Malad

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Payment Gateway/FinTech to manage functional requirements, merchant onboarding, payment flows, reconciliation, settlement, API integrations and Jira-based project tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand end-to-end Payment Gateway functionality covering Cards, UPI and other payment modes.
- Manage merchant onboarding requirements including KYC/KYB, merchant configuration, MCC, transaction limits and go-live.
- Prepare BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Understand payment lifecycle: Payment Initiation → Authorization → Success/Failure → Reconciliation → Settlement → Refund/Chargeback.
- Define and validate API request/response, webhooks, transaction status and refund flows.
- Handle functional requirements for reconciliation,



settlement and exception management.
- Create and manage Epics, Stories, Tasks and Bugs in Jira.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Operations, Risk/Compliance and banking partners.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect tracking and production go-live.
