About The Role

SkillsCapital is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join its energetic team working on large-scale enterprise platforms and digital solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that serve thousands to millions of users globally. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX, QA, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with business objectives and customer expectations. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse, global team. The start date is immediate to within four weeks, allowing you to quickly integrate into ongoing projects and make an immediate impact.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. You should have a proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, with experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),



Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is required. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams, managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee production rollouts to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate business insights,



and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and training materials to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Ensure all delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
