Business Analyst – Sales Operations & Automation

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze requirements from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud – Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Reports & Dashboards.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and management insights using SQL/DAX.
- Analyze sales, market, customer, competitor, and export-import data.
- Design automation using Salesforce Flows and AI/LLM tools.
- Support UAT, testing, deployment, documentation, and user training.
- Coordinate with technical teams on APIs, integrations, and data flows.

Required Skills: Salesforce | Business Analysis | SQL | Power BI | DAX | Data Analysis | Process Automation | AI/LLM Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA in Business Analytics preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
