Job Title: Business Analyst with SQL Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Domain

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in SQL and expertise in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance processes, data analysis, and business requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data related to Property & Casualty insurance policies, claims, and underwriting.

- Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing insights into key performance indicators and business trends.

- Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.

- Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and implementations.

- System Integration:

- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.





- Participate in the testing and validation of system changes to guarantee accuracy and functionality.

- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

- Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and improve overall business operations.

- Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and ensure that systems and processes are in compliance with industry standards.

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and project requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

- Strong understanding of insurance processes, including policies, claims, and underwriting.

- Experience in working on system integration projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
