We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst cum Scrum Master who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while driving Agile delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and Scrum/Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process flows.

- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, impact assessments, and support UAT.

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

- Work with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

- Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown charts, risks, and dependencies.

- Identify and help remove team impediments and process bottlenecks.

- Ensure effective communication between business, development, QA, and other stakeholders.

- Support Agile adoption, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Use Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for requirement and sprint management.

Required Skills





- 6–8 years of experience in Business Analysis with Scrum Master responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.

- Strong experience in Requirement Gathering/Elicitation, User Stories, BRD/FRD, and UAT.

- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow analysis.

- Experience working with cross-functional/distributed teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- CSM / PSM / Protected certification.

- CBAP / CCBA certification.

- Experience in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, API, or Enterprise Applications.

- Exposure to the Automotive Insurance domain.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
